Welcome to Bracketville---Creighton Edition

Notre Dame’s win at BC was their first ACC road victory.
Syracuse has won six ACC games by two or fewer possessions…last three by one point.
Wichita State is the first team to start 27-0 since Illinois in 2004-05.
UConn is the first conference foe to sweep Memphis in 13 seasons.
UMass is the first team to win at George Washington this season.
Oklahoma State 1-7 in last eight.
St. Louis has won 17 in a row. They are ranked 3rd in defensive efficiency and 3-point defense.
UNC has won six in a row.
Baylor’s Kenny Chery (a 6’ guard) had 20 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds in the win over K-State. It was 2OT victory by a margin of 14. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot!
Guess who has the most double-doubles in the Big12 this season…Ryan Spangler of Oklahoma with 10.
The top five teams in the AAC have a 94.4% winning record against the conference’s bottom five.

Creighton averaged 1.44 points per possession (PPP) in the two victories over Villanova.

One more thing: Canisius guard Billy Baron played all 55 minutes of the triple-overtime victory at Siena on Sunday. Baron finished with 40 points (18-for-19 from the free-throw line), 10 rebounds and 5 assists.
